I work with organizations and individuals going through transformative change. This includes, visioning, data gathering and process analysis, resource evaluation, strategic process development and implementation, decision making, achievement/milestone measurement. We focus on the benchmarks of measurement of effectiveness and the motivational "payoff" in each area addressed. Interventions in a wide variety of industries; specific expertise in creativity enterprises and crisis/turnaround situations.

Drawing upon a portfolio career that includes  experience with  strategic business development, creativity facilitation, law, teaching and publishing, I have been on the faculty of both undergraduate and law schools, president/c-level of multiple international nonprofits.

With specialties in the area of law, learning theory and crisis intervention I work with organizations in strategic planning, operations development, change management, growth, creativity and mediation.
