Creativity
“The workhorse of the twenty-first century will be creativity,
and management has to create an environment
where people can be ready for - and working toward -
the breakthrough idea.”

Business Owners, Educators, Community Leaders, Faculty:

The number-one challenge for business today is finding employees who can identify, articulate and chart a new course of action in the face of shifting circumstances – otherwise described as creativity.

Creativity, defined as establishing a new approach/solution for dealing with existing resources and circumstances, is critical -- whether in painting, deciding on a marketing strategy in an e-world, or facing an illness or loss.

It takes creative leaders to inspire and support a creative, problem-solving workforce. Learn how to make room for, inspire and reward creative problem solvers that will help your company move forward and grow your bottom line.

Artists, Visionaries, Intuitives, Creatives:

Managing everyday life can bring a sense of being overwhelmed by all the data, research, prioritizing, analyzing, organizing and decision-making that needs to go on to make your talents visible.

If you have talent that needs to be brought to the world but have difficulty with the managerial skills of identifying necessary tasks, prioritizing them and making time to follow-through, I can help you move your work from a personal talent to a visible enterprise and help you deliver your work to others.

I provide consulting services for a variety of creative artists as a liaison between clients, agents, lawyers, accountants and the public.

  • My key tasks are to stay informed of the constant changes occurring in all facets of creative entrepreneurship.
  • I will be responsible for everything and anything that enhances the development of an artist's career -- from simple staging help, to complex negotiations, to long term career plans.
  • I have created or managed a huge variety of business enterprises – creative writers, photographers, painters and jewelry designers; contractors, real-estate investors, publishing enterprises, academic ventures and national non profits. My clients include Oprah guests, high-profile attorneys and published artists.
