Business Owners, Educators, Community Leaders, Faculty:

The number one challenge for business today is finding employees who can identify, articulate and chart a new course of action in the face of shifting circumstances – otherwise described as creativity. Creativity, defined as establishing a new approach/solution for dealing with existing resources and circumstances, is critical -- whether in painting, deciding on a marketing strategy in an e-world, or facing an illness or loss. It takes creative leaders to inspire and support a creative, problem-solving workforce. Learn how to make room for, inspire and reward creative problem solvers that will help your company move forward and grow your bottom line.
