I work with organizations moving through some sort of significant change.  The death or removal of a figurehead, crisis resolution, or significant change in vision or process.

I am a facilitator for organizations doing strategic planning, developing creative leaders and dealing with critical incidents. 

Clients include UC Davis Health Systems, Tennessee Valley Authority and the Calif. Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office as well as individual leaders. 

Focusing on leading through change I am professional negotiator, and certified in mediation and critical incident interventions.  I hold a law degree and a real estate broker license.
